A coach who remembers needing help.
Fourteen years of coaching started with one honest moment and a decision to change.

I did not recognize the man in the mirror.
Daniel was a veteran who had let life beat him up. After his newborn son arrived, one flight of stairs left him unable to catch his breath. The thought of someday being too out of shape to play basketball with his son made the choice clear.
That parent moment still shapes how he coaches: real life does not offer perfect conditions. Small windows count. Showing up tired can still count. The plan must support the person and the people depending on them.

“That experience became part of my purpose. I got into personal training because I wanted to help people like me—people who know they need to change but need someone to meet them where they are, teach them, challenge them, and help them become the best version of themselves.”
